Well friends, I haven't died, just figured out to get signed back into my blog so will be posting and picturing on here again occasionally.
My life has had a radical change in the past few months. The motor of my big pretty green truck blew up May 19th and since I did not have 12 grand in the mad money jar I can't fix it, so letting it go back to the bank sadly.
But so such luck as me retiring..hubby is not in as good a health as he could be in so we are slip seating his truck. I drive it a few weeks while he enjoys home time, then I go home and he drives it a few weeks while I go crazy sewing and enjoying not being on the move.

Are you guys getting bored with my doilies yet? These are 12" across and making sets of 2 alike.

Waterlilly table mat

This one measures 22" across so it will make a nice table centerpiece. Not real wild about the way the edges turned out but that is what the pattern said to do.... if i make another one I will do some creative changes to it.

Third ones a charm !

This one is called Fan Mat and is 18" across. Got all 3 of these doilies made from one ball of crosheen with a tad left over.

A Different Kind of Finish

Been in the mood to play with string so I created this doily that is called Vantage Points and is 17" across.

Did you ever wonder what an EGR cooler was? Me either! LOL. Until I had to buy one.... That shiny silver thingie there was equal to about 400 yards of good quality quilt shop fabric ! Now just hope my EGR is nice and cool and comfy cause I don't know what it is either, but I have one according to the man at the truck shop LOL.
